Tips for a Perfect Spray Tan

☀️ Prior to your tan:

• Manicures, pedicures, or waxing should be done prior to your spray tan.

• Shower, shave and exfoliate (the day before) before your appointment.

• Do not use any lotions, oils, deodorant, or makeup prior to your appointment. Using any oil-based products may leave a film on the skin’s surface.

• Do not shower right before your tan. Your skin should be as dry as possible to produce the most even tan.

• Wear a thong when getting sprayed to get the most spray coverage. Also, it will show you the contrast between your pre-tan and post-tan golden glow.
  

☀️ After your tan:

• Wear loose-fitting clothing (for at least 4 hours) that you don’t mind getting stained. We recommend sweat pants and a loose tee shirt. No bra if you can avoid it. Do not wear jeans or tight workout pants. Any staining to your clothes or bed sheets WILL WASH OFF.

• Wait at least 8 hours to shower.
  

☀️ The first shower after your tan:

• Take a light, warm shower and rinse, but DO NOT scrub.

• Make sure all of the excessive bronzer is washed away. You will know this when your shower water begins to run clear.

• Pat dry with a towel. DO NOT RUB.

• Apply moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
